DVORIKI (Sputnik) — Russia has chances to become one of the most technologically advanced states in the world, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said Tuesday.
"We really have all the chances to contribute to perception of our country as one of the most technologically advanced states in the world. That's for sure, I say it to you as the head of the Russian government," Medvedev said at the Terra Scientia international youth forum.
The forum is organized by Russia's Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and Russia's Civic Chamber. The forum is supervised by Russian Presidential Executive Office' Domestic Policy Directorate.
